The Auto-Ordnance GI 1911 Red Tails pistol pays tribute to the heroic Tuskegee Airmen and their iconic P-51C Mustang fighters. Part of the Winged Warriors Series. A Cerakote Savage stainless slide detailed with Armor Black to mimic aircraft panels, plus authentic markings like 72, Ina Macon Belle and the Tuskegee cool cat nose art. The design includes USAAF roundels, bold Red Tails lettering and red and yellow squadron bands. Engraved hardwood grips and made by Altered Arsenal, the pistol honors the legacy of the WWII pilots.
